Nike theLocker

theLocker is an internal accounting tool that tracks payments to Nike’s professional athletes. This redesign has leaned heavily on my UX strategy, user research, research synthesis and design concepts. The goal is to simplify the once disjointed and difficult experience for professional athletes and their managers.

This landing page is one of the first things that a professional athlete sees when they’re joining the Nike family. This page needed to serve as a springboard for the rest of the onboarding experience, while being inspirational and having the Nike brand aesthetic.

A huge part of this project was diving into user research to learn how diverse types of users were accessing various types of data in the existing application and through other sources like emails to colleagues etc. Through two rounds of surveys and multiple workshops with over 100 different users in different countries, I then synthesized this information into a digestible graphic artifact.
